Join us for a stunning season of American choral classics, Christmas favorites, Haydn symphonies, and Bach concertos
The West Jersey Chamber Music Society’s 2026-2027 season offers an inspiring journey through four unique concerts.
We begin with An American Choral Sampler – 250 Years of great American Choral Music on Sunday, October 11, 2026 at 7:30 PM. Presenting choral works by colonial composers including Billings, pre and post – Civil War era folk songs and spirituals, the Romantic Amy Beach, important 20th century American choral masters including Randall Thompson, and Living American composers including Sam Scheibe.
Next, on Sunday, December 13, 2026, at 7:30 PM, An International Christmas – Christmas Music From 15 Nations brings holiday cheer with the West Jersey Chamber Chorale and Timberdale Brass. Offering Christmas carols and anthems from many countries. Choir and brass performing Christmas pieces from: Norway, France, Russia, Spain, Austria, Hungary, Scotland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Nicaragua, and many others.
On Sunday,March 14, 2027, at 7:30 PM, Cosmopolitan Haydn – Symphonies for 3 Cities featuring West Jersey Symphony Symphony #46 in B Major – Vienna; Symphony #86 in D Major – Paris; Symphony # 102 in Bb Major – London
Thirty members of West Jersey Chamber Symphony play jubilant symphonic masterpieces from Haydn’s early, middle, and late periods.
We close the season on Sunday,May 2, 2027, at 7:30 PM, with Bach to the Power of 2, Bach multiplying instrumental power in pieces for two soloists and orchestra including:
